In a context of constant change and evolution that characterizes the landscape of our organizations, whether they are private or public, national or international, we observe more prominently than ever a strong demand for qualified support profiles from companies. These profiles must be capable of effectively impacting strategic and organizational performance.<\/p>

This program has been developed to meet this growing demand by training highly qualified and academically trained executive coaches and consultants. Participants in this program will acquire the necessary skills to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness by coaching leaders in goal-setting, prioritization, performance improvement, and effective communication. They will also be trained to advise leaders on organizational design, culture, and systems.<\/p>
